JUDGMENT R.N. Laddha, J. - The petitioner has approached this Court by invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuing appropriate writ, direction and/or for order; quashing and setting aside the order dated 20th October, 2021 by which respondent No. 3 Returning Officer rejected the nomination form of the petitioner. 2. Mr. V. D. Hon, learned Senior Counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner then approached to the Divisional Joint Registrar, Nashik Division, Nashik by way of appeal. However, on 28th 3. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 5.11.2021. Mr. P. S. Patil, learned A.G.P. waives notice for respondent No. 1. Mr. V. H. Dighe, learned Advocate waives notice for respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4. Hamdast allowed. 4. In addition to the regular mode of service, the petitioner is granted liberty to serve the respondents privately and to file affidavit of service along with the affidavit.
