JUDGMENT 1. On 8th October, 2021 this Court passed an order, the operative part of which is reproduced here under : "(i) Respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall send all the necessary papers pertaining to the post retirement benefits which the Petitioner is entitled to for the period 9th July, 2003 upto 31st May, 2021 to the Assistant Commissioner, Solapur within four weeks from today who in turn shall forthwith forward the same to the Accountant General in Mumbai. (ii) The Accountant General shall scrutinize the papers and pay the post retirement benefits to the Petitioner for the undisputed period i.e. from 9th July, 2003 upto 31st May, 2021 within a period of six weeks thereafter. (iii) Place the above Writ Petitions for directions on 3rd November, 2021." 2. The learned Advocate appearing for Respondent Nos.2 and 3 states that all the necessary papers pertaining to the post retirement benefits which the Petitioner is entitled to for the period 9th July, 2003 upto 31st May, 2021 are forwarded to the Assistant Commissioner, Solapur, who in turn was to forward the documents to the Accountant General in Mumbai. 3. In view thereof, the learned AGP shall take instructions and inform this Court on 5th November, 2021 at 10.20 a.m. in Chambers whether the order dated 8th October, 2021 passed by this Court has been complied with by the Assistant Commissioner, Solapur and the Accountant General, Mumbai. 4. Stand over to 5th November, 2021 at 10.20 a.m. in Chamber No.45.
