In addition to the regular mode of service, private service is permitted. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners by relying on the decision of this Court dated 24.11.2009 passed in Writ Petition No. 4962/2009 would submit that Agriculture Produce Market Committee (APMC) cannot conduct election unless Co-operative Societies Election are held. In view of that further steps taken towards the election shall be subject to the final out-come of this petition.
