JUDGMENT Madhav J. Jamdar, J. - Heard Mr. Ravindra Pachundkar, learned counsel for the Appellant. 2. The second appeal alongwith civil application is moved in the vacation for continuation of ad-interim relief granted on 29th August, 2019. Mr. Pachundkar submitted that the said relief was continued from time to time and last order is dated 25th February, 2020, by which the interim relief was continued till 21st April, 2020. He submitted that thereafter in view of COVID-19 pandemic, Larger Bench of this Court passed various orders in Suo Moto Public Interest Litigation No. 1 of 2020 and Suo Moto Public Interest Litigation No. 1 of 2021 and continued the stay. 3. Mr. Pachundkar submitted that he has given notice to the learned Advocate appearing for the Respondents. None appears for the Respondents. 4. In view of this, ad-interim order passed by this Court on 29th August, 2019 is continued till 24th November, 2021. 5. Stand over to 24th November, 2021.
