JUDGMENT Madhav Jamdar, J. - Heard Mr.Akshay Bankapur, learned Counsel for the Applicant and Mr.S.R.Agarkar, learned APP for the Respondent-State. 2. This application filed under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No.0190/2021 registered with Turbhe MIDC police station dated 21/06/2021 for the offences punishable under sections 420, 406 read with 34 and section 395 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 and 25 of Arms Act. 3. Prima facie, the material on record shows involvement of the Applicant in the said crime. The complaint dated 7/06/2021 on which the Applicant is heavily relying was jointly filed by co-accused and the Applicant. The Applicant is a practicing Advocate. 4. Mr.Agarkar, learned APP pointed out that the order dated 29/09/2021 by which anticipatory bail application of the Applicant was rejected by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Thane and the Applicant has moved this application today i.e. 9/11/2021. In any case there is sufficient material on record against the Applicant, therefore, no relief can be granted at this stage. 5. Stand over to 16th November, 2021.
