JUDGMENT G.A. Sanap, J. - Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 22.11.2021. 2. Shri Amit Chutke, learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3. 3. Shri Rahul Kurekar, Advocate waives service of notice for respondent No.4. 5. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the contract entered into the petitioner and the respondent No.1/State Government dated 29.07.2021 petitioner has started the fishing activity. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 28.10.2021 the respondent No.1/Commissioner of Fishreies State of Maharashtra has set aside the order of District Level Committee dated 15.07.2021. The learned Advocate pointed out that pursuant to the decision of District Level Committee dated 15.07.2021 the fishing contract was allotted to the petitioner. Learned Advocate therefore prayed that order passed by the Commissioner may be stayed and interest of the petitioner be protected. 6. Shri Rahul Kurekar, learned Advocate for the respondent No.4 conceds that there was no stay to the order passed by the District Level Committee. 7. Perusal of the record would show that fresh contract has been entered into with the petitioner by the respondent No.1. In view of this it would be just and proper to grant the stay to the order passed by the Commissioner dated 28.10.2021 till the next date. 8. Accordingly, order is stayed till next date.
