JUDGMENT Madhav Jamdar, J. - Mr. Miiraaj Oberoi (earlier known as Hemal Vora), the Petitioner, who appears in person, at the outset prays for deletion of name of Respondent No.2. 2. Leave to amend to delete the name of Respondent No.2. 3. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 4. Miraaj Oberoi, Petitioner appearing in-person states that Respondent No.1 is served and in spite of service she is not appearing. The Petitioner to file affidavit of service before the next date. 5. Issue notice before admission, returnable on 11th November 2021. In addition to Court notice Petitioner to serve the Respondents and file affidavit of service. 6. It is clarified that this Court has not granted any ad-interim relief. 7. All concerned to act on authenticated copy of this order.
