JUDGMENT Manish Pitale, J. - By this appeal, the Appellant has challenged the judgment and order dated 28.10.2021/09.11.2021, whereby the Appellant has been convicted under Section 8-C and 22(c) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for a period of ten years and to pay a fine of Rs. 1,00,000/-. In default of payment of fine, the Appellant is directed to undergo further imprisonment for a period of one year. 2. Heard learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant. 3. Admit. 4.
