JUDGMENT 1. The learned Advocate representing the original petitioner has entered an affidavit in reply. 2. The learned Advocates for both the sides have considerably progressed in their submissions. In so far as the law laid down by the Honble Apex Court in Prafulla C. Dave and others Vs. Municipal Commissioner and others [ AIR 2015 SC 426 ], the learned Advocate for the original petitioner desires 1 day accommodation. 3. Stand over to 24/11/2021 as "part heard". 4.
