JUDGMENT Sunil B. Shukre, J. - Heard Ms Preeti Rane, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. D.P. Thakare, learned Additional Government Pleader, who appears by waiving notice for the respondent. 2. Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. The matter is heard finally by consent of the learned counsel for the parties. 3. The petitioner is a student, whose application for scrutiny of her tribe claim is pending with respondent since 27.7.2020 and who has, as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, complied with the conditions prescribed in the Government Resolution dated 10.12.2019, in particular the condition of submission of an application for scrutiny while studying in XII Standard, on or before 30th November, 2020. 4. Considering these circumstances, we are of the view that necessary directions are required to be issued to the respondent-Committee. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed. 6. The respondent-Committee is directed to decide the application of the petitioner seeking validation of her tribe status, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within one month from the date of the receipt of the order. 7. The petitioner to appear before the respondent-Committee on 1st December, 2021. Rule accordingly. No costs.
