JUDGMENT 1. By this application, the applicant prays for the following substantive relief which is in the alternative i.e. para 5 prayer clause (b) which reads thus:- "(b) The registry be directed to transfer the said amount to the respondent No.1." 2. Perused the application. The aforesaid petition was disposed of by this Court as withdrawn vide order dated 17th June 2019. It appears that during the pendency of the said writ petition, the applicant had deposited an amount of ?25 lakhs in the registry of this Court as directed by this Court. 3. It also appears that the applicant has initiated talks of settlement with the bank and that the respondent No.1- bank has agreed in principle to settle the loan account of the applicant subject to transfer of ?25 lakhs to the bank i.e. the respondent No.1-bank. 4. The Law Officer of the respondent No.1-bank is present in person. She states that she has no objection if the aforesaid prayer clause (b) is allowed. 5. Accordingly, the application is allowed. The registry of this Court to transfer the said amount of ?25 lakhs deposited by the petitioner in the aforesaid Writ Petition alongwith accrued interest, if any, to the respondent No.1-bank, towards the loan account of the applicant. 6. The application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 7. All parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
