JUDGMENT Sunil B. Shukre, J. - Heard. 2. Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3. The Government Resolution dated 29.10.2021 recently issued by the State is produced before this Court by the learned Addl.G.P., who appears for respondent Nos.1 and 2. It is taken on record and marked as document "A" for identification. 4. By this Government Resolution dated 29.10.2021, a decision has been taken by the Government to pay pension to all the lecturers who have not cleared NET/SET, and who are appointed between the period from 23.10.1992 to 03.04.2000. This G.R. thus serves the purposes of this petition. 5. The Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of G.R. dated 29.10.2021 (document-A). 6. The pension be accordingly released to the petitioner within four weeks from the date of the order. The arrears of the pension shall be released to the petitioner in two equal installments, within a period of six months from the date of the order. Rule accordingly. No costs.
