JUDGMENT B. P. Colabawalla, J. - Commercial Arbitration Petition (L) No. 28883 of 2021 is not on Board. By consent of parties taken on Board. 2 Both these Petitions have been filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking various reliefs against the Respondent Society. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent has requested for time to file an affidavit in reply in both the aforesaid Petitions. 3 Acceding to his request, it is directed that the Respondent shall file its affidavit in reply in both the above Petitions on or before 23rd December, 2021 and serve a copy of the same on the advocates for the Petitioner. If the Petitioner chooses to file any affidavit in rejoinder, it may do so on or before 7th January, 2022 and a copy of the same shall be served on the advocates for the Respondents. 4 Place the above matters on Board on 10th January, 2022 under the caption for "ad-interim reliefs". 5 This order will be digitally signed by the Private Secretary/Personal Assistant of this Court.
