ORDER 1. Interim Application No. 2933 of 2021 is at the instance of the writ petitioner. A prayer is made for joining Uber India System Private Limited as a respondent. Since the prayer in this application has been made by the petitioner based on the contents of the reply-affidavit of the respondent no.3, we grant the prayer.
