By the Praecipe dated 13th December 2021, the Petitioner is seeking extension of time for tendering payment of Court fees, which was to be paid within three weeks as per the order dated 14th September 2021. 3. The Petitioner has purchased the Court fees on 29th June 2021. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner was under impression that the Court fees have to be tendered after all office objections have been removed. However, pursuant to the directions given by this Court by order dated 18th August 2021, the Court fees have to be tendered on time. Accordingly, extension of time has been sought for tendering the Court fees. 4. I am satisfied with the statements made in praecipe by the learned Advocate for the Petitioner. Accordingly, extension of time is granted. 5. The Petitioner shall tender payment of the requisite Court fees by 16th December 2021. 6. The Petitioner shall also remove all office objections which have been raised by the testamentary department within a period of three weeks from the date of this order. 7. Praecipe is disposed of.
