JUDGMENT Pushpendra Singh Bhati, J. - In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, abundant caution is being taken while hearing the matters in Court. 2. The petitioners have preferred this criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.106/2020 registered at Police Station Bhopalgarh, Jodhpur. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners at the outset submits that the petitioners may be allowed to give representation along with relevant documents through their lawyer to the investigating officer which may be considered before filing the result of investigation. 4. Accordingly, this misc. petition is disposed of with a direction to the investigating officer to consider the representation of the petitioners while concluding the investigation, strictly in accordance with law. 5. Stay petition also stands disposed of.
