JUDGMENT Prakash D. Naik, J. - Issue notice to the respondents. Learned A.P.P. waives service for respondent Nos.1 and 2. 2. The First Information Report (for short "F.I.R.") has been registered vide Crime No. 162/2021 with Loha Police Station, District Nanded for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 354-A, 354-D, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, under Sections 8, 12, 17 of Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act and under Section 66-C of the Information Technology Act. 3. The First Information Report (for short "F.I.R.") is lodged by the victim, aged about 17 years. It is alleged that the accused Shubham Shinde used to stalk and harass her. The applicants are friends of Shubham Shinde. The photographs of the victim were clicked and co-accused Shubham had defamed the victim by making those photographs viral. It is also alleged that co-accused had outraged modesty of victim and at that time the applicants were accompanying him. 4. Learned Counsel for the applicants submitted that co accused Shubham has been arrested and released on bail after filing of charge-sheet. 5. Learned A.P.P. submitted that the applicants have aided the co-accused in commission of crime. 6. Considering the role attributed to the applicants and since the prime accused has been arrested and released on bail, interim protection can be granted to the applicants. Hence, the following order. ORDER (i) In the event of arrest of the applicants in Crime No.162/2021 registered with Loha Police Station, District Nanded, the applicants be released on bail on executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- each, with one or more sureties in the like amount. (ii) This interim protection shall be in operation till next date. (iii) Stand over to 14th January 2022.
