JUDGMENT 1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite rejection of the technical clearance as per the communication dated 25/1/2018 of the Town Planner, which is at page 18 of the petition, the respondents have not acted on the complaint filed by the petitioner dated 27/7/2021. 3. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 17th December 2021. 4. Learned Additional Government Advocate waives notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 6. 5. In addition to the Court notice, the Advocate to serve the respondents No. 7 and 8 by humdast and file an affidavit of service in the Registry, before the next date. 6. Notice to indicate that an endeavour shall be made to dispose of the petition finally at the stage of admission. 7. Learned Advocate General is requested to ensure that the Director of Panchayats informs the respondent No.7-Village Panchayat the next date of hearing in the matter. 8. All parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
