JUDGMENT 1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners. 2. The grievance of the petitioners in the aforesaid petition is that the Government ought to have regularised the petitioners' services as government primary teachers, having worked for more than 19 years. 3. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that a similar order passed in Writ Petition No.2594 of 2021 (filing) on a 16th December, 2021, be passed in the present petition. 4. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that as far as petitioner No.2 is concerned, she being eligible, she has already submitted an on-line application. He submits that as far as petitioners No.1 and 3 are concerned, they would not be eligible, having crossed the age limit, despite having the requisite educational qualifications. 5. Vide order dated 16/12/2021 passed in Writ Petition No.2594 of 2021 (filing), we had recorded the statement made by the learned Advocate General, on instructions, that the candidates who would not be eligible, without prejudice, can file their applications in physical form. Accordingly, the respondents No.1 and 3 are permitted to submit their application in physical form, within the time-frame prescribed.
