Leave to amend to implead Apex Grievance Redressal Committee as party respondent. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 3. It is informed by Mr. Reddy, learned counsel for the added respondent that AGRC would now hold a sitting on 22 December, 2021. 4. If that be so, let the proceedings as filed by the petitioner be taken up by AGRC and decided. In the meantime, till the AGRC passes an appropriate order on the proceedings or any interim application filed by the petitioner and till the same is communicated to the petitioner, no coercive action be taken to the structure of the petitioner. 5. All contentions of the parties in the pending proceedings before the AGRC are expressly kept open. 6. Disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
