JUDGMENT Anil S. Kilor, J. - In view of the pursis, applicants are permitted to delete the name of respondent No.3 from the application as well as from the Second Appeal at their own risk. Civil Application (CAS) No. 344 of 2020 2. Heard the learned Counsel for the respective parties. 3. The learned Counsel for the applicant has pointed out that there is a delay of 113 days in filing Second Appeal. He has drawn attention of this Court to the paragraph Nos. 3 to 4 of the application and states that sufficient cause has been shown for condonation of delay in filing Second Appeal and prays for condonation of the same. 4. The learned Counsel appearing for the non-applicants has no serious objection, if the application is allowed. 5. After going through the application and the reasons stated in the application, I have found that the reasons stated in the application are satisfactory and sufficient for condonation of delay. Accordingly the application is allowed. The delay is condoned. 6. The office is requested to register the Second Appeal and place the same for admission before this Court.
