JUDGMENT On 5.2.2021 an interim order was passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in the following terms:- "In the interregnum, we direct that the petitioners may apply and their applications be accepted, subject to result of the writ petitions. The Board of Secondary Education is directed to accept the applications of the petitioners irrespective of the fact whether they possess the requisite eligibility or not. The period for submitting application be extended by the Board till 19th February, 2021." Pursuant to the interim order passed as aforesaid, the State Government issued an amended notification No. 03/2021 dated 8.2.2021 permitting the candidates holding the qualification of B.Ed. and D.El.Ed. (NIOS) to submit the application form for REET- 2021 Level-I Examination subject to final outcome of the present writ petition upto 20.2.2021. It is brought to our notice that the REET-2021 Examinations are scheduled to be held on 26.9.2021. In the facts and circumstances of the case, when the matters are being heard by this Court, we consider it appropriate and accordingly direct that the candidates holding the qualification of B.Ed. and D.El.Ed. (NIOS) only and have applied for appearance in the REET-2021 Level-I Examination pursuant to the amended notification dated 8.2.2021 issued by the Co-ordinator-REET upto 20.2.2021, shall be provisionally permitted to appear in REET- 2021 Level-I Examination scheduled to be held on 26.9.2021 subject to decision of the writ petitions, however, their results shall not be declared without permission of the Court.
