JUDGMENT Vinit Kumar Mathur, J. - The present appeal has been preferred against the judgment and award dated 29.11.2016 passed by learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal No.2, Udaipur in Claim case No.373/2014 whereby, the learned Tribunal awarded a sum of Rs.4,10,500/- in favour of the appellants-claimants on account of the death of Shri Premshankar Sen in the accident which occurred on 19.02.2012. 2. Learned Tribunal after framing the issues, evaluating the evidence on record and hearing learned counsel for the parties decided the claim petition of appellants-claimants. 3. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties, without going into the merit of the case, have settled the matter on the ground that if the respondent Insurance Company pays a lump sum amount of Rs.25,000/- in addition to the amount already awarded by the Tribunal, it will be the full and final settlement of the claim in the present case and the claim of the appellants will be settled. 4. Thus, in view of the agreement entered into between the parties, the respondent-Insurance Company is directed to pay a lump sum amount of Rs.25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand Only) in addition to the amount already awarded by the Tribunal to the appellants-claimants as full and final settlement of the claim in the present case. 5. The appeal is disposed of in the above terms.
