JUDGMENT Dinesh Mehta, J. - While informing that the petitioner’s application for affiliation is pending before the State of Rajasthan and the State Government is not issuing NOC to the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent-University has not uploaded the names of the students of the petitioner-college, which is necessary for the students who are claiming scholarship from the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, Govt. of Rajasthan. 2. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondent-University to complete the requisite formality and upload the names of the students of the petitioner-institution on the web-portal of the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, Govt. of Rajasthan. 3. The present writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to file a comprehensive representation before the Registrar of the University (respondent No.1) within a period of ten days from today along with requisite details and a certified copy of the order instant. 4. In case representation is so addressed, the respondent-University shall do the needful, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the receipt of the representation. 5. In case the respondent-University is of the view that the names of the students enrolled with the college cannot be uploaded on the web-portal of the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, it shall pass a speaking order under intimation to the petitioner, against which petitioner’s right to take legal remedies shall stand reserved. 6. It is made clear that aforesaid direction to decide the representation has been issued only with a view to ensure expeditious redressal of petitioner’s grievance. The same may not be construed to be an order to decide the representation in a particular manner. 7. The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
