Judgment Mr. Sudip Ahluwalia, J. This is a petition for regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C., in case FIR No.0101 dated 16.08.2021, under Section 22 of the NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Bhargo Camp, Police Commissionerate, Jalandhar, District Jalandhar. 2. The petitioner, who is a woman, has remained in detention in the present case for 3 months and 20 days, since 19.08.2021. 3. The contraband allegedly recovered from her being 408 Tramadol Capsules containing SPASMO-PROXYVON PLUS was just a little below of commercial quantity (246 grams). 4. After completion of the investigation, Challan against the petitioner has already been submitted but trial is yet to commence. 5. The petitioner is reported to be involved in another case of NDPS Act being FIR No.156 dated 08.10.2018, under Sections 22/61/85 of the NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Bhargo Camp, District Jalandhar, but Custody Certificate shows that she is already on bail in the said case. 6. Consequently, further detention of the petitioner for an indefinite period is not called for, as such her prayer for regular bail is allowed and she is ordered to be released on bail subject to appropriate terms and conditions to the satisfaction of the Ld. Trial Court/Duty Magistrate, concerned. 7. Disposed off.
