JUDGMENT C. Hari Shankar, J. - The dispute between the parties stands amicably resolved, with the intervention of the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. 2. The Settlement Agreement dated 12th October, 2021 has been placed on record. 3. Learned Counsel for the parties are also present. They undertake, on behalf of their clients, to abide by the terms and conditions thereof. 4. The Settlement Agreement dated 12th October, 2021 shall be treated as a part of this order. 5. In view thereof, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. 6. The petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 12th October, 2021.
