JUDGMENT Manmohan, J. - The petition has been heard by way of video conferencing. 2. Present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the Respondent not to restrict the Petitioner at workplace after duty hours and to treat the Petitioner at par with other similarly situated employees. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner is employed as a cook of the Respondent i.e. the Commandant, HQ/103, CRPF, Delhi. He states that based on a false allegation levelled by the Petitioner’s wife, the Petitioner is not being allowed to move around freely. He states that the Petitioner had filed a representation dated 16th August, 2021 to the Respondent department seeking equal treatment with other employees and cooks, but the same has not been decided till date. 4. Issue notice. Mr.Satya Ranjan Swain, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent. He states that the Respondent has not received any representation of the Petitioner till date. He further states that the immediate family of the Petitioner including his wife, minor children and parents have been making repeated complaints of negligence and non-maintenance against the Petitioner. 5. Keeping in view the aforesaid, this Court disposes of the writ petition along with pending application with a direction to the Respondent to treat the present writ petition as a representation of the Petitioner and decide the same in accordance with law by way of a reasoned order within three weeks. This Court clarifies that it has not commented upon the merit of the controversy. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open. 6. The order be uploaded on the website forthwith. Copy of the order be also forwarded to the learned counsel through e-mail.
