JUDGMENT Dinesh Mehta, J. - By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner has sought a direction to the Rent Tribunal, Bhilwara to decide the case No.1/2018 (Rent Case) filed by the respondent No.1 - M/s. Laxmilal Ramratan, registered partnership firm through its partner Sh. Ramratan. 2. The present writ petition has been filed without moving any application before the Tribunal for expeditious disposal of the case aforesaid. 3. The present writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to file an application for early disposal of the case before the learned Rent Tribunal, where the case is pending. 4. The presiding officer of the Rent Tribunal shall consider such application in accordance with law and take up the case for disposal on the basis of corresponding urgency of other pending matters.
