JUDGMENT : Arup Kumar Goswami, J. Heard Mr. V.R. Reddy Kovvuri, learned counsel for the appellants. Also heard Mr. D. Vijaya Kumar, learned counsel for respondent/writ petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents No.2 to 5. 2. This writ appeal is filed assailing the order dated 04.02.2021 passed by the learned single Judge in W.P.No.13643 of 2020. This appeal is filed along with an application being I.A.No.2 of 2021 seeking leave to appeal as the appellants were not party respondents in the writ petition. 3. By order dated 05.03.2021, the registry was directed to list this case along with the record in W.P.No.13643 of 2020. 4. On perusal of the record in the above writ petition, it is apparent that the appellants had filed an application under Order 1 Rule 10 C.P.C. before the learned single Judge to permit them to come on record as respondents No.5 to 7 in W.P.No.13643 of 2020 and the said application was registered as I.A.No.1 of 2021. 5. By a separate order dated 04.02.2021, I.A.No.1 of 2021 was dismissed by the learned single Judge holding that the present appellants are not necessary and proper parties to the writ petition. 6. In that view of the matter, we decline to grant leave to the appellants to file the present appeal. 7. At this stage, the learned counsel for the appellants submits that liberty may be granted to the appellants to prefer an appeal against the order dated 04.02.2021 passed by learned single Judge in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in W.P.No.13643 of 2020. 8. Accordingly, I.A.No.2 of 2021 is dismissed. Consequently, the writ appeal shall stand dismissed. No costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand dismissed. It is left open to the appellants to avail remedies as may be available to them in law.
