In view of the subsequent development, particularly because petitioner had approached Revenue Appellate Authority pursuant to impugned order dated 05.10.2020, Mr. Rajvi, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present writ petition while keeping his right reserved to argue the subsequent writ petition being SBCWP No. 6112/2021. 2. In view of the aforesaid, writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. 3. Stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
