JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Garg, J. - Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 2. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, hence this bail application is rejected. 3. However, the petitioner is permitted to surrender before the concerned trial court on or before 15.11.2021 and file an application for bail under Section 437 Cr.P.C. and it is expected from the concerned trial court that the bail application will be decided on the same day. 4. Till 15.11.2021, the petitioner shall not be arrested in connection with FIR No.135/2020, PS Sedwa, District Barmer for offence under Sections 3 & 7 of Essential Commodities (Amendment) Act, 1955.
