JUDGMENT Inderjeet Singh, J. - Heard on second stay application. 2. Counsel for the respondents submitted that they have filed the reply today in the office, copy of which has been placed for perusal. 3. I have perused the reply alongwith which copy of the order dated 21.10.2021 (Annexure-R-2) has been annexed according to which the petitioner has been debarred from participation in the future auction process for a further period of two years. 4. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that prior to debarring the petitioner, no opportunity of hearing was given to the petitioner which is in violation of principles of natural justice. 5. In that view of the matter, list this writ petition again on 08.12.2021. 6. Meanwhile, the condition imposed by the respondents debarring the petitioner from participating in the future auction process for a further period of two years, as evident from the order dated 21.10.2021 (Annexure-R/2) annexed with the reply shall remain stayed.
