JUDGMENT 1. Heard. 2. After perusing the report dated 11.11.2021 of the medical board, SMS Hospital, Jaipur, Rajasthan, we find that the detenue is suffering from neuropsychiatric disease and is under treatment for the past one year. However, the final opinion could not be given as according to the Doctor, for final opinion, she requires detailed clinical assistance, observation and psychological evaluation for which she would require to be admitted in neuropsychiatric clinic for at least ten days. 3. Keeping in view not only the rights of the parties before us, but the health of the detenue, at this stage, we are inclined to direct the respondent to immediately get the detenue admitted in SMS Hospital, Jaipur. 4. Thereupon, she would be provided proper treatment from the experts of the concerned department and doctors for a period of ten days. 5. Matter be listed on 25.11.2021. 6. Learned State counsel would ensure that admission of the detenue is properly facilitated in the hospital. After ten days, the report of the evaluation of the detenue shall again be placed before this Court by the medical board. 7. It is also clarified that during the course of the treatment the petitioner as well as respondent Nos.2,3 & 4 will be entitled to access and also to meet the detenue in connection with her treatment. 8. The report as submitted before us having been perused, be attached with the record, which shall form part of the record.
