JUDGMENT D.N. Patel, CJ. - CM APPL. 42774/2021 (Exemption) Allowed, subject to all just exceptions. Application stands disposed of. CM APPL. 42775/2021 (Exemption from filing attested affidavit) For the reasons stated in the application and in view of the present prevailing situation, the present application is allowed. However, the applicant is directed to file duly signed and affirmed affidavits within a period of one week from the date of resumption of regular functioning of the Court. Application is disposed of. Petitioner, who appears in person, submits that suffice would it be for disposal of the writ petition if the representation dated 20.08.2021 (Annexure P-2 to the memo of this petition) is decided by the concerned Respondent Authorities in accordance with law, keeping in mind the grievances ventilated in the writ petition. 2. In view of this limited submission, we direct the Respondents to look into the representation dated 20.08.2021 preferred by the Petitioner, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and practicable. 3. Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to take recourse to the remedies available to him, in accordance with law in case the need so arises and/or if he is aggrieved with the decision on his representation. 4. With these observations and directions, writ petition is hereby disposed of.
