JUDGMENT Vijay Bishnoi, J. - This application is preferred on behalf of the petitioner with a prayer for extension of time for marking his presence before this Court as the petitioner has failed to mark his presence due to some unavoidable circumstances. 2. This Court vide order dated 04.08.2021 suspended the sentence awarded to the petitioner and directed him to mark his presence before this Court on 20.09.2021. 3 .Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is present before this Court today, therefore, his presence may be marked. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after going through the averments made in the misc. application, the time granted for marking presence of the petitioner is extended till today and he is directed to marks his presence before Registrar (Judicial) of this Court today. 5. The application is disposed of.
