JUDGMENT Sanjeev Sachdeva, J. - Petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to cancel the factory and veterinary licences of respondent no. 5 to 7. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the municipal corporation submits that respondent no. 7 was found to be non-functional and the factory/veterinary licences issued to respondent no. 5 and 6 have been revoked. 3. Learned counsel for respondent no. 5 submits that Respondent No. 5 exercised its right to impugn the said revocation in accordance with law and in his appeal he has succeeded and the appellate authority has passed an order in his favour on 13.12.2021. 4. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for respondent no. 6, under instructions submits that respondent no. 6 has already filed an appeal before the Appellate Authority but the same has not yet been listed and he is in the process of availing his legal remedies. 5. Grievance of the petitioner was with regard to the inaction of the Respondents and for cancellation of the veterinary licences. Corporation has already taken action and revoked the licences which, revocation, is subject matter of appeal proceedings, accordingly no further orders are called for in this petition. 6. The petition is accordingly disposed of. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
