JUDGMENT : Sanjib Banerjee, J. (Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st to 7th respondents to consider the representation dated 15.09.2019 and take necessary action against the 8th and 9th respondents within time frame fixed by this Hon’ble Court.) 1. The petitioner has many grievances against his neighbours and complains of the Corporation authorities not taking the petitioner’s complaint seriously. 2. In view of the nature of order proposed to be made, no previous service is required on the private parties. 3. The petitioner has already made a representation to the Corporation. The petitioner’s representation should be considered by the Revenue Officer of Valasaravakkam Zone and a speaking reply should be issued to the petitioner within eight weeks from date. 4. If the complaints made against the private respondents appear to be worthy, immediate appropriate action should be taken upon previous notice to the relevant private parties. 5. It is made clear that the allegations levelled against the private parties have not been gone into by this Court and it will be open to the concerned official to deal with the representation in accordance with law. 6. W.P.No.4371 of 2020 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
