JUDGMENT : Aggrieved by the order passed by the respondents, inviting a fresh process for the appointment of Lambardar, vide notification dated 09.03.2021, the instant petition is filed. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that by the order dated 31.07.2017, the Divisional Commissioner, Kangra at Dharamshala, allowed the appeal -filed before him and set aside the appointment to the post of Lambardar of mauza Samoor Kalan and also held that a fresh process can be initiated, if necessary. Now, a fresh process has been initiated. The petitioner’s plea that the application, which was filed much earlier, should be considered. 3. In my considered view, that may not be appropriate. When applications are called for, all those who are eligible can apply for the same, including the petitioner. I see no infringement of any legal right of the petitioner that calls for any interference. What is being done by the respondents is calling for applications for the post Lambardar in accordance with law. No ground is made out for interference. Hence, the petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous application is disposed off accordingly.
