JUDGMENT : (Prayer: To set aside the order dated 22.09.2021 in W.M.P.No.21209 of 2021 in W.P.No.19864 of 2021.) Mr. Sajeev Kumar, learned Government Counsel submitted that the Election is unopposed. Since this Court feels that the place is not meant to the person of this category, we make it clear that she shall not take charge. 2. In the meantime the learned counsel for the appellant / petitioner is permitted to implead the candidate as a necessary party in the writ appeal and the writ petition. Pendency of the writ appeal is not a bar for the writ petition being heard and disposed of, and the parties may request the learned Single Judge for early disposal. 3. Notice to the respondents returnable by 01.11.2021. Private Notice is also permitted. Post the matter on 01.11.2021.
