ORDER : The Court is convened through Video Conferencing. 2. This Court issued notice in the matter on 412021. 3. As per Office Report dated 2432021, service is complete on the sole Respondent – State of Maharashtra but no one has entered appearance on its behalf so far. 4. When the matter was called out today in the morning, nobody appeared for the State. 5. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 6. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is in jail for around five years and the fact that the co-accused – Santosh Shankar Ingle, has already been granted bail by this Court vide Order dated 5112020, we are inclined to enlarge him on bail. 7. The petitioner is, therefore, directed to be enlarged on bail, subject to such terms and conditions which the concerned Trial Court shall deem fit and appropriate to impose upon him. 8. The Special Leave Petition is disposed of in the aforestated terms. 9. Consequent upon disposal of the Special Leave Petition, pending applications filed in the matter also stand disposed of.
