JUDGMENT : SANJAY KUMAR DWIVEDI, J. 1. Heard Mr. Kripa Shankar Nanda, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Munna Lal Yadav, learned counsel for the opposite party-State. 2. This criminal miscellaneous petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic. None of the parties have complained about any technical snag of audio-video and with their consent this matter has been heard. 3. This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed for restoration of Criminal Revision No. 720 of 2003, which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 04.12.2018. 4. Mr. Nanda, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the counsel, who was conducting the said criminal revision has left for heavenly abode and that is why he was not able to appear on the day when the criminal revision application was dismissed for default. 5. Mr. Yadav, learned counsel for the State is present and he has got no serious objection if the said criminal revision is restored to its original file. 6. In view of the above facts, Criminal Revision No. 720 of 2003 is restored to its original file. 7. Accordingly, this petition stands allowed and disposed of.
