JUDGMENT : The petitioners in these two writ petitions are husband and wife. W.P.(C) No.24771/2020 has been filed by the petitioners seeking to direct respondents 3 and 4 to grant the benefit of financial assistance as envisaged under Ext.P4 Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme (ECLGS). 2. W.P.(C) No.4737/2021 has been filed seeking to direct respondents 2 and 3 to restructure the home loan availed by the petitioners or in the alternative direct respondents 1 and 4 to oversee that respondents 2 and 3 grant the benefit envisaged under Ext.P1 Circular dated 06.08.2020 of the Reserve Bank of India including restructuring of loan to the petitioners within a time limit to be prescribed by this Court. 3. The learned Standing Counsel for respondents 3 and 4 in W.P.(C) No.24771/2020 pointed out that for considering the application for revival and restructuring of loan, they issued Ext.R3(a) letter dated 08.12.2020 to the petitioners requesting to furnish the financials for the year 2019-2020. However, the petitioners have not made available the financials. 4. The learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3 in W.P.(C) No.4737/2021, on instructions, submitted that the petitioners have not produced financials of the relevant period, for considering their request. In the circumstances, the writ petitions are disposed of directing the petitioners to produce requisite financials before respondents 3 and 4 in W.P.(C) No.24771/2020 and respondents 2 and 3 in W.P.(C) No.4737/2021. If the petitioners produce the requisite documents on or before 29.03.2021, the respondents-financial institutions will consider the applications submitted by the petitioners and take a decision without further delay and at any rate, before the expiry of the period of the relevant Scheme.
