But it appears that the Transport Authority of the State of Uttar Pradesh refused registration. Therefore, Shri A.D.N. This is an application filed by an Educational Society seeking a direction to register 3 numbers of SML ISUZU school buses. 18. Since these buses are BS-IV CNG Euro variant vehicles, this application is allowed following our earlier orders. IA NO. 130236/2020 (APPLN. FOR DIRECTIONS ON BEHALF OF KUMAR PAL SINGH) IN W.P.(C) NO. 13029/1985 19. This is an application by a private individual seeking direction to the concerned transport officer at Mathura to register a BS-IV diesel car. 20. According to the applicant he purchased a VERNA car in February, 2020 and the same was granted temporary registration on 16.03.2020. 21. Since the vehicle is to be registered at Mathura, Shri A.D.N. FOR DIRECTIONS ON BEHALF OF DELHI CANTONMENT BOARD) IN W.P.(C) NO. 13029/1985 23. This is an application by the Delhi Cantonment Board seeking a direction for the registration of a CNG BS-IV truck. 24. The truck is intended to be used as a road broomer by the Cantonment Board. Therefore, following our earlier order dated 18.09.2020, this application is allowed. I.A. No.142872 of 2019 (Disposed off) IN W.P.(C) NO. 13029/1985 25. Taken on Board. 26. This application was already disposed of by an Order dated 19.06.2020. While doing so, this Court directed the applicant, namely, the Deputy Commissioner of Police (Prov. & Logistics) to file an affidavit containing details such as the Engine Number, Chassis number etc. of all the vehicles. 27. Pursuant to the said direction, the Deputy Commissioner of police has filed an affidavit on 25.03.3021. The same is taken on record and hence on this I.A. no further orders are necessary.
