ORDER : 1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2. The main grievance of the petitioners is that respondent No. 2 is not disposing of the petitions, dated 29.06.2021 and 03.07.2021, filed by them under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020. 3. Learned Government Pleader states that if the petitioners make an application/s through online in Dharani Portal, the same will be considered and necessary orders will be passed by the authority concerned, in accordance with law. 4. Having regard to the above made submissions, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to make an applications through online in Dharani Portal, ventilating their grievance, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such application being filed, the respondent No. 2-District Collector shall consider the same and pass necessary orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of eight weeks thereafter, duly considering the Report of respondent No. 3 the Tahsildar, Moinabad Mandal, dated 19.02.2018, and putting all the interested parties on notice and considering the objections, if any. 5. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
