JUDGMENT : PER J.K. MAHESHWARI, J 1. After arguing for some time, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file Election Petitions as permissible under law. 2. On passing the order by the Election Tribunal/District Judge concerned, on the ground of provisions of the amended Ordinance and the Act or the Rules, as the case may be, the individual petitioners are having liberty to take recourse of law challenging the vires of the provisions of the Act, as assailed in this Writ Petition. 3. With the aforesaid liberty, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
