ORDER Dr. B.R. Sarangi - This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to regularize his service from the date of his appointment and allow him all the consequential service benefits within a stipulated time. 3. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-11, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration Annexure-10. 4. Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-11, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law taking into consideration Annexure-10, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
