ORDER 1. This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2. Heard Mr.Siva Shankar Chaini, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.G.R.Mohapatra, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 3. In view of the provisions under Section 15 of the Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969 and Rule, 11 of the Odisha Births and Death, Rule 2001, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authority i.e. Registrar, Births & Deaths, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (opposite party No.3) who has issued the birth certificate under Annexure-4 for redressal of his grievances. 4. Considering such submissions, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority for redressal of his grievances. In the event such a motion is made before the appropriate authority, the said authority is directed to take a decision on the same in accordance with law observing the principles of natural justice. 5. Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
