JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J. - This Contempt Petition was filed on 14.05.2018. Though, contempt notices were issued to the respondents; but, petitioner did not take steps for effecting service upon the respondents. 2. In view of provision contained in Section 20 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, proceedings for contempt cannot be initiated at this belated stage. 3. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed.
