JUDGMENT Matter taken up via Video Conferencing. Mr. P.T. Sangma, learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant submits that due to inadvertent error, he may be allowed to withdraw the instant Misc. Case with liberty to file afresh enclosing the said annexures which he seeks to insert into the writ petition. Prayer is allowed, accordingly the instant Misc. Case stands disposed of.
