JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J. - Writ Petition (S/S) No. 2891 of 2017 filed by the petitioner was disposed of by Writ Court vide judgment dated 12.10.2017 in terms of judgment rendered in Writ Petition (S/S) No. 670 of 2014. The direction issued in Writ Petition (S/S) No. 670 of 2014 is reproduced below:- "4. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Managing Director of the Company to release the arrears of salary as well as gratuity from 01.01.2006 to 31.07.2009, in accordance with the Government Order dated 30.12.2009". 2. Alleging non-compliance of the judgment rendered by Writ Court, petitioner had filed this Contempt Petition. 3. Mr. Sandeep Kothari, learned counsel appearing for respondent has produced in Court the order dated 26.06.2018 passed by Trilok Singh Martoliya, General Manager (Administration), Kumaon Mandal Vikas Nigam Limited. Along with the said letter, a cheque amounting to Rs. 1,31,109/- drawn on Kurmanchal Nagar Sahkari Bank Ltd. in favour of the petitioner has also been enclosed. Both the documents are taken on record. Perusal of the letter dated 26.06.2018 indicates that payment of Rs. 1,31,109/- has been released in favour of the petitioner. 4. Since the only direction was to release arrears of revised salary to the petitioner between 01.01.2006 to 31.07.2009, therefore in the considered opinion of this Court, the judgment rendered by Writ Court stands complied with. 5. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed. Contempt notice issued to respondent is hereby discharged.
